Family Session at Barnegat Lighthouse 🌊📸

What a wonderful time I had photographing this amazing family at Barnegat Lighthouse! With the extended family all together, there was no shortage of smiles, laughter, and special moments. Everyone was so easygoing and full of fun—it truly made the session a breeze.

This session was extra special because Dad surprised Mom with the best Mother’s Day gift a girl could ask for — a family photo session! What better way to celebrate motherhood than by capturing beautiful memories with the ones you love most?

Even though there were plenty of families and visitors around enjoying the beautiful surroundings, we managed to capture portraits that felt like it was just us there. Between the soft ocean breeze, the sound of the waves, and that classic Barnegat Light backdrop, it couldn’t have been a more perfect evening.

Sessions like this remind me why I love what I do—capturing connection, joy, and the simple beauty of being together.

A Playful Family Session at Batsto Village – Featuring Jack!

What a fun family session this was! Batsto Village was the perfect backdrop for this energetic and joy-filled shoot with one of my favorite little buddies, Jack.

At just two years old, Jack brought all the energy — and I absolutely loved it. From running through the paths to exploring every nook and cranny, he reminded us that the best photos often come from letting kids be completely themselves.

Instead of trying to slow him down, we let Jack lead the way — and it made for some of the sweetest, most genuine moments. His giggles, curiosity, and free spirit shined through every shot. You can almost feel his excitement and sense of adventure in these photos!

Sessions like this are a perfect reminder that family photography doesn’t have to be posed or stiff. Sometimes, the magic happens when you simply embrace the moment, roll with the energy, and let kids just be kids.

What a beautiful family. Us locals are now enjoying locals summer. Were are getting our beach photos in now and I love it. Weather is still nice and we get to play on the beach with not many people out there! Its the best feeling. And then when you have a family this beautiful it makes it soooo easy to have a great time.

This stud was AMAZING to have in the studio. He laughed, smiled, gave the BEST faces and over all had the most amazing personality. I laughed more than any other session in a long time. My stomach actually hurt while he was leaving. And he gave me the best hug when he was leaving. Gosh what a stud!!
